 Subject: gen 2: taking out back seat

i'm going to put a sub box under my back seat. i need to know how to remove the back to the backseat so i can take the hinges off the back cab wall and how to remove the jack a tool tray that is under the seat. thanks

The tool tray has bolts on the bottom. On the back you only have to take the padded section off. I dont remember how it held but wasn't too difficult.
