Subject: Custom Center Console?
IP: Logged

Message:
Does anyone know of a custom center console for a Dakota QC? I want two 10" subs. Please let me know about price as well and location. Any related info strongly appreciated.

02 QC 4.7, k&N Intake, dual 40 series flowmaster, clears, 2 12" MTX (rear 60 seat folded up...sounds good but loose two seats)

You'll be hard pressed to cram two 10's where the center console is. I had just enough room for two 8's. Sounds incredible!

I built my box to replace the lower half of the console and still have the folding armrest bolted to it with one 8" sub. I have seen a box somewhere on this site a few weeks ago with 2 10"
in it but it was huge for the space. I would suggest that you try a single 8" or 10" sub first and run alot of power to it. You might try a kicker L7 or L5, a rockford HX2, or a JL W7. If that is not enough for you, then try replacing one or both of the rear seats with a pair of 12s or 15s.
