I believe the other guy has an 00 truck (which has square corners and uses two bolts for installation), which means it will not work so if you are still interested let me know. It will work for you if:
On the 2001, it is round (in all 4 corners) and has 4 screw holes...
If so, it will work, but you would have to get the 02+ single plug adaptor (either from dodge or one of these aftermarket wiring harness companies)
Then all you would have to do is replace your factory dual plug with the new single plug
or I have an extra dual plug that you could hook to a new single plug and that way you would not have to change/cut any of the factory wires.
(single plug into new 03 cd, connect the single plug wires to the dual plug wires I have, plug the dual plug end into the factor dual plugs)

Well, mine certainly does have the "round" corners. How do I tell if it has 4 screws without pulling the dash off? I imagine it would.
How much were you asking for it anyway?

Well all of the "Round" ones have 4 screw holes so the CD Player will work, but you will have to buy one of the Single Plug adaptors.
You can get a factory one from Dodge or you can get an aftermarket one (aftermarket ones usually run around $8.00 - $12.00)
The other guy had offered me $140.00 (which included shipping)
Just let me know. I will be glad to help or answer any questions - I might even be able to get you one of the Dodge factory plugs for about $10.00 more.
