I have been researching every option for a subwoofer for my 03 CC. The 2 main choices were under the rear seat or a Bazooka tube. I am looking for tight accurate bass. I concluded I dont want to spend the money for a Thunderform/Stealthbox. That leaves me with the Bazooka option. The reviews I've read are not to flattering so that put my in a bind. I am thinking about building a small enclosure to sit on the floor behind my driver seat and put in 1 8" JL Sub. The floor gives me about 18x10x6 of space yielding about .40 cubic FT of air space. I will make it quick removable. Has anyone done this? Im looking for opinions/ideas on this. Thanks

I went wit hthe q-logic box for a single 8.I am happy with it. Every thing is hidden and out of the way.I have componets in the door and just the single 8. I paid 230 for the q-logic set up which was to bad but if you search the net you can get it for cheaper.I already had two kicker comp vr dual voice coil 8's so that help save some money. Have a kennwood amp under one seat and a Jl 250/1 under the other. I wont win no contest or anything like that but all who has heard as like the set up.Gets pretty loud and is clear.Which is good enough for me.

I have been looking at the Qlogic. Do you have it in a Club Cab or Regular Cab? If it is in a Club Cab how where do you have it and how well does it fit? Thanks.

I have it in a 2003 clubcab and it fits well and sounds really good also.It comes with tray for the other side to raise the seats to the same height. This actually makes sitting back there alot more comfortable too. I have my sirius tunner mounted to it so everything is stealth. It gives clean tight bass. You will be surprise on how hard it still hits for an 8 with the right song.I listen to rock so it is perfect to me nice and loud and clean.I used double sided tape to mount the box on its side so it could not be removed that easy dindt want to drill with the screws provided. The tray is removable so you can still get to your jack.I give it a five stars.I think it is just right for the clubcab not to much and not to little and looks great also.
