Message: I just had my Alpine changer installed under my driver's seat, although I do have the bucket seats up front. Supposedly there is already a cut out in the carpet for the air bag sensor in the seat so you can run the wiring harness thru that. There is a lot of 'how to' info on this site from a lot of experienced people, but I opted to pay an installer to do mine, so I am just repeating what I was told. Do a search for 'changer location' and you should get some good tips.
Hope this helps.

Message: I'm wondering the same thing. Ive got a 97 Club Cab- was wanting to put a 6CD changer (Sony) under the front passenger seat. Local audio shop swares it wont fit, but the dimensions look like they're good, barely...Any clues?
