Message: i just bought a stinger alternator and the dealer was trying to convince to buy one of them optima yellow top batteries are they really all that bad ass my battery is workin fine but i know if i keep adding $hit to my ride it aint gonna last long . what yall think should i get one or is it another scam

Message: i got 4 jl w3 v2 10s 2 sets of boston z components got a 500/1 to each pair of subs and a 300/1 to each set of compnents. plan on gettin another set of compnents maybe some eights in the door and ill eventully upgrade to the w7 13.5s but for now are those optima batts worth it

Message: I was running about 1500-1600 watts on stock batt and alt. I had dimming pretty bad.
When my old battery died i replaced it with a yellow top. Now my volts harldy ever drop.
IMHO i think they are defintly worth it.
Depending on what your audio shop is tring to sell it to you for, above 160$, auto zone has the same thing for like 150$.
