I couldnt really tell you...but I would stick to audiobaun with my life. MTx are alright too.

I doubt it will take 1,800 watts - if your pushing that much power I'd go with a Kicker L7 for sure.

Peak supposedly is @ 1800. RMS for this sub is 600. I have one now that I made a box for, sounds pretty good. Hold a little deeper tone better than Fosgates. BTW my amp in only running 500w rms, this sub takes all of it and then some. Plus ya gotta luv a huge magnet and a sub that weighs close to 20lbs.
