 Subject: Pioneer eq6500 in the dash?

Has anyone done this? I want to install a reg. din size Pioneer head unit and a eq6500 in the dash togeather - one on top of the other.The eq 6500 is about a 1/2 din size. I realize I will have to make some mods.I have a Pioneer DEH -P3500 and would prefer to mount the eq just below it. Its going to have to fit between the head unit and the heater/ac controls. It looks do-able but will be a tight fit. I just want some input from all you audio pros on this excellent site. I have a 01 Reg. Cab.
