Message: define "seamlessly." For right now, the only XM tuners you can add to your factory stereo are the RF-type that use the antenna input. Which means you'll need a separate controller to change XM channels (think of this like the add-on RF-modulated CD changers).
You may, however, be able to get the Mopar Sirius receiver which will integrate into the factory system, depending on which radio you have.
