All I know are the speaker wires... for the others I use a harness, makes life SO much easier. See my web site:

Jon, JMII is right, you would be much better off with a wiring harness. They are only about $15, and make everything so much easier. You won't have to cut the wires on your factory harness, so when you get ready to sell, you can put the factory stereo back in very easily. Usually the aftermarket wiring harness is color coded the same as your head unit too. Good Luck.

Oh one more thing, make sure you get an adapter for you antenna, the dodge antenna wont fit aftermarket head units.

Mine shakes out like this, but I'm not certain it's correct. It works though, but may be out of phase as there's really no way of knowing what's ground. I assumed the black striped wires were ground...
RF+ Blue w/purple stripe
RF- Blue w/black stripe
LF+ Green w/purple stripe
LF-Green w/black stripe
RR+ Brown w/purple stripe
RR- Brown w/black stripe
LR_ White w/red stripe
LR- White w/black stripe
