well, i finally got my memphis st1000D in. so i started the wiring today. i had an old 1 farad GoldQuest Competition Series CAP that i wanted to use. i figured i couldnt put it under the passenger seat.
then i got this idea. i did it and it worked out sweet!!!!!! if you have a buckets with the center console, and you want to mount a cap, out of the way, and out of site, you gotta do this.

yup,
the bottom tray sits about 1" higher than if the cap wasnt there. it works out pretty good
