Subject: Killer system help! IP: Logged
Message: Alright, i am new to this whole forum thing but i have read alot of the posts here and i look forward to your advice.
I just got a 97 CC 4X4 and i have a ton of stereo gear. my install will consist of Pioneer in dash tv, MB Quart 6 1/2 Q-series for front and rear bi-amped with MTX Thunder 304 ( 2 amps ) two Eclipse 88100DVC's with a MTX 500D for each sub.
Viper 800esp alarm with all the bells and whistle's, a K40 radar with laser diffuser
and all of the wires and cables to install.
my big question is for the box, i plan to put it under the rear seat ( like most of you ) each sub requires 1.0 to 1.1 cubic feet of air space (sealed) and i would like to have it also show off the 4 amps. any suggestion on a box that i can keep the funtionality of the rear seat and still have my system slam?
my inital thought was to have three of the amps faceing out towards the front seats (by the back seat passengers feet) and the 4th amp and the subs faceing up into the seat!
please write back with any help!
P.S. i also have tow spare eclipse subs and two spare 500D's if anyone is interested. (they all have never been used)
Thanks,
Ryan
