Ok I am going to rebuild my system this summer. I am thinking I am gonig to get 2 adire audio shivas (12in 8 ohm DVC 650watta RMS). I am going to put them under my back seat in the same place as my current jl 10w3s. the box is going to be new and it should end up somewhere between 1 cube and 1.25 cubes per sub. I am going to run an equalizer to take some of the boom out of the system (the box is really to small for the subs). I am going to put an amp rack in the middle to hold my amps power distribution etc. Anyone have any ideas on a good amp? I am looking at the jbl 1200.1 mtx 8100D memphis st1500D and the audiobahn a 2300 HCX. what is the best bang for the buck? Any toher ideas on what I should do with this beast I am going to create?

get the jbl 1200.1 if u are on a budget that is a nice amp and you can pick it up for 225 at hypaudio.com

I agree the jbl 1200.1 is a great amp for the money you can also look into like the fosgate 1000.1 or the 1500.1 they are a little more expensive but they are amazing amps.

I put them in the box that is on my web site. It works fine for the w3s but I didn't leave enough room between my seat and the woofer, so the woofer surround got into the seat bracket and ripped it. I could fix it by just adjusting the height of the seats but I want to go bigger anyway. So yes I am looking to get rid of it. E-mail me if you are interested.
