Message: The how I already explained. Hook the Y-cable into the sub-out on your Head Unit. That will give you two new sets of RCAs - you will run one set to each amp. You will need to run two supplies for power to the amps so you should get a distribution block. Then you will hook one sub up to each amp. If you want to get maximun power out of the amps to the drivers, I would suggest bridging each amp and run a 2 ohm to the drivers. You would need to bridge your drivers for a 2 ohm load as well since you're running 4 ohm DVC. Or, you could run the amp in 2-ch mode and wire up each voice coil to a single channel on the amp.
You could run both drivers off the one amp, but I think you would get poor performance due to lack of power.
Theoretically splitting the signal won't cause damage. I don't recommend it because 1) it's not the cleanest way to wire things up, and 2) I've never run that configuration (because it's not the cleanest) and I don't tend to recommend things I've never tried myself but I thought it necessary to throw it out there as an option. I say at your own risk because I don't need you coming back on here and chewing me out if something goes wrong with your install. : )
Another option you can consider is to hook up one sub to one amp and see if you like how it sounds. If you like it, you can sell the others and put some money in your pocket. You don't need 50 drivers in your trunk to get good bass, especially if you have a good, properly tuned enclosure. You wouldn't believe the amount of bass I've squeezed out of 2 six inch subs!

Message: Im not exactly sure what 350.2 means, but I believe its 350 Watts x 2 channels = 700 Watts Peak Power = about 350 Watts RMS. If you have one Kicker L7, and im guessing its probably a 10 inch, then it can take like 650 Watts RMS I think. So look for an amp that matches well with that, and make sure the resistance wont be too low to fry your amp.
