Yea,thats STONEY22 he has 2 18's but you could be thinking of someone else.Well 4 15's would pound that low bass hard not to mention you wont be able to use that back window again...well if done right you may have an inch or so you can see out of,and for the 6 12's i have 4 and let me tell ya,it hits fuking hard you prolly have room for 2 more but i have to biuld a different box right now i have 2 boxes put together and when i have the box that will fit the 4 12's i'm making it to where the to left 12's and the right 12's have a space between them, thats where my amps will be mounted vertical,so yea you could get 6 12's i would think but you would just need some that use little airspace. My setup is an alpine cda7893 deck,4 alpine type r 12's and 2 1500 watt memphis amps with 4 gauge wires and my batteries are in the bed.Good luck, i want to see pics of your setup when it gets done :)

http://images.cardomain.com/installs/258000-258999/258098_13_full.jpg Both were way more than any human can handle for more than 10-15 seconds !! First I had the 2 cdt HP-1200 in the 4 cube box tuned to 30hz with a Ravolution 1500d amp , 1500 watts at 1 ohm , Then I tried the vega series 12's added a 3rd later each getting about 500 watts each , Both setups would make you want to hurl in less than 10 seconds on test tones , Aprrox 50 different people in the truck all got out within 10 seconds some lasted 15 ! You dont need a wall to get Very Very Loud trust me :)

Joezzzzz your system is awesome! How many blocks away could you hear that? I thinking about 3 high powered 12s or 15s. what do u think? I listen to all rap and bass cds so i think 15s. How much did your setup cost or something similar cost? Thanks

I liked the CDTs the best and they can be found for around $300 a pair on the online stores , Buy one get one for $309 I think , Put them in a 4 cube vented box with 1000-1500 watts and you will be heard ! Maybe a mtx 8100d for nder 350 on ebay 1500 watts @ 2 ohm would be perfect !

Joezzzz, I'm calling BS on this. Your links don't work, for me anyhow. You may have that system but a pair of vega 12's aren't that loud. Not even 3 of them with whatever a revolution amp is. My stereo still isn't done but I have a soundstream tarantula and a pair of DD 9515's in 10.5 cubes tuned to 32hz. It's pretty loud.

Yea you could stuff alot in the club cab. I personally don't like a full wall anymore(like the rear window) The main reason also is with the rear quarter windows you would have to bring the box straight up to cover them totally, but that would make the seats to straight up for my liking. Either way with my half wall i have two 18's in there with almost 5 cubic per speaker. the main thing to concider when figuring out how many subs would be how much air space they need to work right. with a sub with a small VAS- or air space needed you could stuff a lot in there, but do the same with the wrong speakers and ur not goin to be happy. I have pics of my system if wanted. The system is goin to get ripped out soon for a new system. think i'm having to go with 4-6 15's. JBL is in the process of sponsorship for it and they don't have 18's anymore. It sucks!!!!!!!!!!! but for free it's for me..... good luck man. I'm in so. cal so if ur anywere around me let me know and i'll help out anyway i can. The main thing with doin the wall or even a half wall it would help to rip out all the side and bottom panels and work with just the straight shell of the cab...
