I was looking around E-Bay and they have some absolutely killer deals on speakers. Has anyone bought speakers off of E-Bay, and if so, was the experience good, bad, or ugly? I'm a little hesitant to buy something from there, but I just wanted to find out other people's experiences. Thanks.

It all depends.
Check the sellers comments, how many transactions hes made and if all of the buyers feedback is good.
Also, are the speakers new? Used?
Is the seller a dealer or some guy like u and me looking to get rid of his old speakers..
Another site to try is UBID, they have some real good deals there..

I would not buy used speakers personally. There is just no way to know how they have been handled and used. If you do, always be sure to ask what amp they powered it with.
ALWAYS, check the seller comments, you would be surprised how many people do not.
I have bought an amps of ebay and not had a problem, but one, that looked stolen -- REALLY REALLY looked stolen. That pisses me off, but it did work, I feel bad if it was though.
You might want to check out the user "scala1", they have A LOT of awesome comments and great prices. You get everything, but screwed by this seller.

Agree- I have bought new speakers of off ebay several times and have never had a problem. You can save mucho bucks, but beware of the used ones.

I just bought a 10" Infinity Basslink, 2 10" Infinity Kappa subwoofers, and a 600 watt Hifonics Hercules amp from scala1, the 2 10"s cost 120 for the pair, the basslink was 240, and the amp was 119, as soon as he recieved payment, the products were shipped... ebay is great, as long as u get it from the right seller
