I've got a 1999 Yellow Dakota Regular Cab and I just had the Infinity BassLink installed behind my passenger seat. At first I was worried that there wouldn't be enough room, but even with the bucket seats, I still didn't have to move the seat up that much. I'm really impressed with how much bass this thing puts out. Its 200 watts RMS and I really haven't had it that loud and it still shakes my mirrors pretty good. I would recommend this to anybody that's got a regular cab dakota and wants more bass. If anybody wants to know more, just let me know.

How much did you pay for that??? I have some 8inch box speakers behind my seats and there isnt room at all. It sounds like a good setup.

I got it for $240 off the internet. Its pretty sweet cause its a sub with a built in amp, so you don't need a separate amp. I went to Circuit City and had them install it. I took out the jack behind my passenger seat and had to move the seat up some, but its worth it. I'm just waiting till summertime, so I can really crank the bass up with the windows down.

I bought my Basslink off sonicelectronix.com and back when I got it I paid $240, now its on sale for $200. I had no trouble ordering it and the people at this website were really nice when I called. You'll really enjoy the Basslink, hope this info helps.

Thanks for the Info Scottie. I noticed the Basslink has four high-level and four RCA inputs -- have you tried different set-ups? I'm thinking of just setting up my wiring to go from the back two speakers in the rear doors of my QC. Thanks again.

how tall are you scottiej? how far is not far to move the seat up? how many clicks on the seat is it? this will definetely effect my decision to purchase.
