 Subject: Need help on QC Stereo(How 2 bypass amp?

I'm going to be ordering a loaded 2003 QuadCab soon in a couple of weeks & just found out that I have to get the crappy infinity system (8 spker) if I want leather.
So this is the system I'm planning on putting in:
Alpine CDA-7894 (CD Player/MP3)(27RMS x4)
Alpine CHA-S634 (6Disc Changer in Console)
Infinity Kappa 60.5cs Components (Front)
JBL Power P-632 Coax (Rear)
Coustic XM-3 Xover (I had this from my Eclipse)
Sherwin XA-1180 (120 RMS for sub) (From Eclipse)
Q-Logic QLT.3508sx (To go behind the Rear Driver Seat)
Rockford Fosgate HE RFP4408 8' woofer
With me putting in such a high powered deck 60w max per channel; how do I get the signal from the deck to the speakers?
Do I need to bypass the amp? If so how(By the HU or the amp? Where is it located on the QC's?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
