On which one to get it's up to you. I've heard the amped ones are OK as long as you aren't looking for anything ground pounding. They supposidly sound pretty good with stock or close to stock systems. The loaded version will let you choose your own amp giving you more power.
I had thought about the amped version for a while, but may go with a loaded one and get an amp for the diference in price. I'm just waiting for outside temps to rise slightly above 'ice box' to something a bit more inviting to be outside working on my truck.
