I have a 93 Dakota ext. cab. I recently built a custom box that will fit 3 12'' Kove Armegedon z series. Bump Bump. Box dimensions 48" long 14" high, and 15" on bottom and 14" on top to fit perfectly behind the seats. I also have 2 Kove 1000 watt amps.

I just picked up 3 12" JL audio subs in custom box that requires me to take out the back seat.. I don't know the demensions. I just bought it tonight from a friend. He hooked it up nasty... He had shattered his back window once when he cranked it up all the way.. Thats a lot of power huh.. As soon as I get it installed i'll post pics..

LOL,damn thats alot of power if it shatterd the back window,i would like to see your install...i had to take out my backseat to i have 4 12 inch alpine type r's and 2 1600 watt amps but i've never turned mine up all the way cause i don't know what would happen but i think 3 would be plenty thats what i should have done.

how deep are 18's anyway? in terms of sound much deeper than a 15?

I have 2 12" Kenwood subs with a 1000 watt Legacy Red series amp. Im about to exchange the amp cause its rated for 75, glad i bought it online and didnt know ahead of time...anyways I have 2 ported boxes in my 92 ext. cab. I was planning on having enough room for one person to sit... i dont. Im planning on putting another sub in. any suggestions on amps that wont cause me to sell one of my arms and will slam those kenwoods? PS: im planning on getting another sub to add then do a cutom job... this will be in a few months. Ohh yeah my friend has the same amp and wanted to know if we could hook 4 speakers and rig it to get juice just from the 2 channel amp. Is this a fire ready to happen or what?
