heres the pics of the box build and w/ it all done w/ subs and amp mounted...
heres the details on everything:
pioneer deh77 HU installed after xmas
2 orion HCCA 15's
RF bd1500 amp
and a 10 cube ported box tuned to 35hz
put it in saturday morning and this setup is a crapload louder than my previous setup(2 15w3's sealed w/ a BP1200.1)

this is in the back of my 00 CC!!!! its awesome though cuz i can see through the rearview btwn the subs as good as i could b4. can also see both blind spots.... everything went great... time to find some competitions.......

You can find your competitions but you might wanna put your subs in the other way.. your not gonna get half the power outta them if you keep em like that..
just my opinion.. other then that..you kinda shoulda had 2 smaller amps them one big amp on the hcca.. im runnin 2 smaller hcca amps on my hcca subs..

thats a big myth there joe about losing alot of spl w/ inverted subs.... and if im losing tons of power, then if i switch them i should be hitting 160 no problem :rollseyes: and why put the extra strain of getting two current hungry amps like orions when i could put 1700 watts to them w/ one amp. if everyone's system was designed the same, the world would be a pretty dumb place..... its called INDIVIDUALITY

so how do they sound inverted? I have been thinking of mounting mne that way but heard they wouldn't sound that good. is there any noise off the spider? etc. any spitting sound.

hey conig,, they sound great, really good sound quality for being supposidly pure SPL subs. sounds as good if not better than my previous 2 15w3's i had sealed before. there are no weird sounds coming from the spider, no lead slap, just a whole lot of BOOM...inverting doesnt take away any noticeable sq or spl,, a sub has the same throw out as it does in.......
