Check out RAAMmat from www.raamaudio.com , he also used to sell on eBay; to lazy to check if he still does. Supposedly great stuff, lots of IASCA competitors use it.

there is a company called parts express. I haven't seen anyone talk about them on this page. They usually have some good prices on strange things.
check this one out:

i went out on a limb while doing mine and tried some new stuff. Basically it's non-granulated snow and ice shield for roofing. kinda hard to find but well worth the effort. Its used as an underlayment for house shingles. Basically is just as good of a deadener as dynamatt extreme, but isnt quite as sticky. you need a heat gun to make it adhere real well. i got a roll of it for just under 50 bucks, and that was enough to do 6 complete layers in each door, 8 layers (2 xtra) directly behind each midbass driver. and 4 layers on the floor and firewall. which is a TON, well over 2000 worth of dynamat. personally i love it, it was a ton of work to install, but works great now. i have a 800 mtx watts driving my digital designs 12" ported sub, and 200 watt per side driving my components and when you shut the door you dont hear a damn thing outside the car....nothing short of amazing. I have tons of pics if your interested in the stuff or the project itself. drop me an e mail if you want to take a look. rich49@fsuimail.ferris.edu...or if you have aol im: medatr0n.

good luck
justin

no one NEEDS deadening, if your not doing a complicated setup just hook it all up and see how it sounds. if you have the extra $ and time, wouldnt hurt to deaden your truck. deadening can cut down/ stop panels from rattling, preven panel flex in the doors/roof etc which increases the SPL inside the vehicle.. pretty much keeps the sound in so its not as noticeable out.. i bought some cheap insulation and used it, was like 20 bux for 50 sq ft, did the floor, back wall and back part of my club cab... seems to work some, up to you if you want to do it....
