Message: I was forced to trade in my beloved 2001 Dak on an 03 Intrepid for my wife & new baby boy. I now drive a very girly 96 pontiac sunfire GT (someone please shoot me). Anyway, I have to sell my JL stealthbox...if anyone is interested the link is below. I used to have a thunderform with MB Quarts in it B4 the JL....I switched due to the flexing of the T-form. I thought it was the bomb at first but over time it deteriorated according to my high standards. Yeah I know I'm trying to sell something but it's the truth. Fiberglass doesn't flex. I'm prepared for the flames so flame on.

Message: I'm sorry to hear that man... that royally sucks. I've been looking for a used stealthbox for sometime now. actually, i'm currently your highbidder on ebay... I usually don't endorse buying used subs, but well.. it's a JL audio. I do have a question on the stealthbox though.
Is the "ampboard" inside the stealthbox? like below those vent looking thingies on top? or is it a piece that fits into the notch/cutout over the jack access.
Thanks!
Dan

Message: Dude that sucks, I had to basically make a decision when I let go of my 2002 Jeep grand cherokee .. not because of space but the car payment was too much. I decided on getting a DAK! In 2000 they made child seat teathers standard in the cc's so as soon as I learned that I hunted down my 00' R/T cc ... had to go out of state for it but everything was perfect. Nathan our new boy is 2 weeks old, we got the graco travel system and the base fits just fine in my truck, I have to raise his seat up pretty high to clear the front seats but it was very easy, I say that now heh.. I didn't have any weight in the child seat but anyhow that sucks man. I'm assuming you had an r/c .. how come you didn't go with a qc or a cc?
CONGRATS on the baby boy, they are a trip huh! nathan likes to pee on his own head man when we change his diapers... we now use a "pee-pee blocker" which is a wipey folded up : O )
have a good one man,

Message: Thanks for the support guys. It stings now but I'll get over it.
BeerHat- The ampboard is not inside the stealthbox. It fits in the notch/cutout over the jack access . The wooden plate will become the lid of the storage bin. It can be used as an amplifier mounting base. The mounting area will hold an amplifier with dimensions of approximately 9 1/4" X 14" X 2". I'll email you a picture of it if you want or you can go on JL's website & look at the owners manual in pdf format. If you need more info just let me know. Thanks man.
figitdotcom- Congrats to you also! Our boy Ryan is almost one month. It's nuts isn't it? We have a Graco also & I've been peed on several times. Thumbs up on the pee pee blocker!
I got rid of it because we only wanted one car payment. Her car was a 96 Sunfire which was paid in full but way to small. I was going to let her drive the Dak during the week while I was at work but she felt the Club Cab was too cumbersome. So off to the dealership I went to trade for an 03 Intrepid. Oh well, I'll sell the sunfire soon & get a used truck.
Later Dudes :)
