 Subject: Installing an Amp

I am looking at installing an amp under my drivers seat but can't decide how to attach it.
Anyone have any suggestions? Pics?
I was thinking about using a metal strap between the rear seat bolts, contured to the floor, that has bolts sticking up from the bottom, then have the amp screw down onto these posts. I'll see if I can draw something...
