Subject: Another Reg. Cab Sub Question
IP: Logged

Message:
I've been searching around trying to find something to fit in my 1997 Dakota Reg. Cab with bucket seats, but I just can't find what I want. I might still try to build something, but I do want at least 1 - 10" sub in the cab...

But my question is this; I have a fiberglass SnugTop Lid on my bed, if I stick like a Bandpass box with an amp (my girlfriend has a 10" Boston in a bandpass with an amp she will give me if I want it) in the bed of my truck, will I even get the bass in the cab of the truck? I don't want to do a blowthrough because that decreases the value of the truck, but if I just leave it stock and stick a big box back there, will I hear it at all?

No way for the bass to get in your cab.. be just like driving by someone and hearing thier stereo.. thats all you would get is you hearing the boom boom boom but not feeling it.. be kinda dumb i think.. haha but thats me.. it was an idea that crossed alot of ppls minds buts not worth it..
