Message: Kenwood KDC-MP8017
Sony CDX-MP450X
Aiwa CDC-MP3
Aiwa CDC-MP32
Jensen MP-5010k
Blaupunct San Jose
These are some that i have found REALLY good prices on. Ebay and sounddomain.com
I found the Sony several times on ebay instant buy for $241, The Aiwa MP32 for $229, the kenwood for $241, and the Blau for $269
Let me know the pros and cons or any other recommendations. I have pretty much ruled out the Aiwa because i had one and the remote sucked.

Message: If all of those choices don't seem to work for you I once had a 8017 and I would put MP3'S in catagories and it would take it about 15 sec. to find a song and when you have 40 songs or more in each one this sucks and another grip is that you can only read 100 songs in each file. I took back my 8017 and baught a JVC Digifine 2.1 sh-99 and now I have instant access and I can read over 100 songs on a file and it has a built in (real)eq and a SUBWOOFER OUTPUT that can be controlled from a bass scale of 1-12 but thats just the road that I went down and I love it and I am sure that the top of the line keenwood is better

Message: Kenwood Z828 all the way. The mp8017 is last years model. The Z828 is much better and faster. If you can pony up the extra $$$ go with the Z828.
Crutchfield lists it for almost $600 but I got mine new on ebay for $420.
