 Subject: 600rms one 10 QC

i was told that i could put one 10" Diamond Audio sub behind the small back seat in my quadcab. the sub is 600rms and like 1000 or 1200 max. i was going to get a 1500 watt amp b/c it was the same price as the 800 watt. the amp would go under the small back seat. and i would need a capacitor. all together with installation this was going to cost me $1100 installed. is this a good price? and do any of yall know anything about diamond audio. any thing would be helpful thanks.

Well if your getting a 600 watt RMS sub you definatly dont want to put 1500 watts into it , It will blow , $1100 seems like alot to me ,You could do it yourself much cheaper !

that price is WAY too high.
you should be able to do 2 kicker 12L7's and a memphis st1000d for that price.
but for one 10 and an amp? i think its too high

i wasn't going to run all that power to the sub. cuz yea that would blow it. but has anyone heard anything about these subs. are they reliable? sound quality? thanks
