 Subject: JL Audio or MTX Sub Box

I'm interested in getting a box and I was first looking at the MTX Box with the 2 10" it offers for My 97' Dakota CC. Then I saw that JL Audio has a fiber glass box with the one 8". I'm not looking for much bass because I mostly listen to rock but I like bass. I like the idea of the subs under the back seat. What are some pros and cons about these boxes? Which one should i go with?

personally, between the 2 i would go with the MTX 2 10's. i have heard that the MTX subs are pretty good. and i dont think 1 8" will do a whole lot.
i just ordered my truck and when i get it i was considering the MTX. but i want to go with bigger better subs. so i think i am going to end up making a custom box.
