Subject: Audio input options for PDA (mp3s)
IP: Logged

Message:

My next project is now to incorportate my Dell Axim PDA's audio output into the stock radio on my 1999 Dakota for playing MP3s and videos. I was wondering what kinda of options I have. I know I could get a RF modulator, but I'm a little apprehensive of the quality as FM stereo isn't near CD quality, and the tape deck adapter is even worse. Are there any line inputs of any sort on the stock radio/amp??

You guys have been a great help in the past when I wanted to install a 3" lift and 33's, this website is a GREAT resource for all Dakota owners, hope someone can help me get my PDA rollin' for MP3's, videos and in the future GPS!
(btw, lucky I had a body lift, i slid on the ice the other day and cracked up a Kia, only 2 scratches on the bumper, if it wasnt for the lift I would have broken my headlight!!)

thanx!
