Subject: Question about a RC
IP: Logged

Message:
I have a RC and wanting to put subs behind the seats. I test drove a 97 ram RC and it had a ten behind each seat and there was still plenty of room. Has anyone put subs behind their seats in a RC? If so, what were the dimensions of the boxes. I know I have less room to work with that what they did with the Ram but I still think it is possible.

I also thought of maybe putting some larger subs in the bed. I could secure down the box and sinse I have a locking fiberglass tonneau they would be safe. My question is though, what kind of sound will I get from them being that they are all the way enclosed in the back.

Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

i have 2 12's behind the seats of my RC. they're JL Audio 12wO's. i get pretty good bass out of 'em seeing i've had them in there since 98. but you would definately get more bass if you put them in the bed with a cut through.
