i am going to be getting a 2003 dakota CC R/T in a few months and i want the best protection without losing the factory alarm. on the daimler chrysler site when you build you vehicle and select the Mopar accessories they have the EVS II Plus security system. it upgrades to a siren, flashing parking lights, 2 stage shock sensor, starter kill. and keeps your factory key fob.
has anyone ever used this system????

I've received an EVS II security plus system with key fob and the whole works. it came out of 1999 Dodge intrepid I would like to attempt to install in 1996 dodge caravan however after studying the factory schematics the color codes of wiring harness don't quite match. is there any way an installation manual,or help can be found to remedy this situation. any information would gratly be appreciated. thanx
