It doesnt matter how many batterys or caps you have if you cant charge them and charge the rest of your car at the same time then youll have a problem. And having 6 8 volt batterys in series what the heck is that going to do. Dude if you have 8 1500 watt amps your vehicle will be dead with even the radio on. Im sorry but your full of horse sh@t. I mean an MTX 81000 run 150 amp draw, need 1 gauge wire and will most definetly need an upgraded alternator. Just upgrade your alternator and look at the huge improvement it has done. 16 volts I mean what is that really doing. You need to recharge, how many alternators have you blown...

I was looking at putting in a memphis belle with the m3mojo12 woofer and running the factory locations off the other 4 channels ( door speakers upgraded to memphis speakers) with another 2 channel amp for the in dash speakers and a couple of tweeters in parallel. Btw the 2 amps I would have 210 amps of fuses on top of the factory load of approximately 100 amps I would need a 300 amp alternator preferably 350 amps, or I could go with dual alternators coupled with separate battery for each one. This is assuming I went with the 16-mch1300 and 16-mca300. If I went with the 16-mch600 and 16-mca150 I could get by with a 250 amp alternator.
