Message: It really depends on what level of performance you're looking for and how you'll use your truck. Mods should be planeed to work well together. For example, there are several cams available, and other mods should comlement wich one you'd pick. There's not always an easy, straight forward answer to your question.

Now you see the real reason Ford and Chevy outsell Dodge. The Dodge dealers are the real morons.
Louis,
Under no circumstances should you take your truck back to the DODGE dealer for service. They will screw you over big time. Only if something breaks and you have to fix it under warranty should you go back there.
Oh,
Congratulations.....Enjoy your new truck.

Message: Wow, thanks for all your help guys...
I will hit the search thingy... Maby I should make my question a bit more clear.
1) Should I put a K&N Intake in first or a Exaust? Which one will provide more horsepower?
I dont think I want to go as far as changing the cam. But I do want to do the external things to maximize that V8 power.

Message: Do the intake first. Its simple and easy. The Dino's show about 10hp at higher Rpm, but you'll notice the difference. Look at the Kenne Bell website. They have a chart under thier Opitmizer II showing dino impacts of Headers, catbacks etc for the various motors. There are some good threads here for throttle bodies (F&B vs Fastman)and cams. Spend all you want there's alot to play with.
