 Subject: Opinion on this air intake

I found a dual air intake for the 3.9 5.2 and 5.9 go to www.turbocity.com go to intakes, it only like &125 bucks. it said that it has the air filters resting above the valve covers. would this be an ok application? would it be better than a single air intake, like a K&N or Volant? to me this might suck in more hot air than cold air. what do yall fello dakota owners think? thanks later.

This is overkill and would draw hot engine compartmemt air. One filter near the radiator with the flap cut away would work much better.

I have a question on this matter. I own an 89` dak 3.9. I`m trying to figure out if I can put a cold air intake on this model. It has a throtle body on her. Has anyone out there done this on a 1989 dak.

im sure you could, i knew a guy with a 96 Dak and it had a 318 and i have the 3.9 and the tb hat worked on it. im sure you could figure something out....later
