Message: I spoke with John Mercedes today at southeastrt.com about the Harland Sharp Roller Rockers. We spoke at length abouth these Roller Rockers and the way they mount, they do not require the use of guideplates or do not require extra maintenance once installed. They require hardened pushrods if you exceed 5500 rpm, in racing for example. Due to overwhelming response, the February group buy has been extended on these sets. Check out this post in the Performance forum for more information:

Message: Apparently this group buy was started at beginning of February but it was not posted on to the V6 board. I happen to come across it the other day. I have had something like this happen to me many times, I go to buy something, then find it on sale later on. Hey, I appreciate you putting up your post. I think you have inspired a few people.

Message: Ya is'nt that the way it goes
tazzy I am going to test a set myself, I really
like the alinement system over the crower valve
stem alingnment system and the ease of instalation
requireing no adjustment
For the novice backyard mechanic its an excellent
way to go just bolt them in
And shop time on an install 1 hour over 2 to 3
on the crowers
I have seen the crowers go over 100,000 miles and
have there rev kit in my stroker but for a stock
motor I think they are great.
Nice squre rigid design and made from some tuff
Alm
I would still recomed the crowers stainless steel
if you plan on reving 5500 to 6000 rpm but a stock
motor would never rev that high.
