what is the best brand of oil filter? i use a fram tough gaurd and alos do they make longer filters? if so anyone got a brand/part number??

Wix hands down.
I think the Wix part# is 51525, ask if thats for an (about) 86 5.0 ford, if so thats about the longest out there.

I Also run all wix on my personal and customer
vehicles.
Napa Gold or Carquest premiem are both wix
don't know the #s off hand but get 1 for a
1988 318 truck they are the longer filters
and fit perfict on the V6 trucks
