Subject: t-stats IP: Logged
Message: ok here's the thing as was at my parts store buying my autolites and t-stat when i saw a t-stat that was 165* and was 54mm wide. this is the size of ours and it is the heavy duty style and is also the same depth as the stock one.
so my question is has any ever used this cold of a t stat. sorry i dont have the part number but i was just curious if anybody has tryed this and if it works. sorry if this is confusing but any help would be appreacted.

Message: Unless you're running high boost from a supercharger (with or without nitrous)...the 160 it too cold.
Stick with the 180.
