My truck, when I turn the wheel to the left all the way, it makes a loud clunk sound. Any one know what it could be?

Could be a bad ball joint or tie rod. Jack up the wheel, grab it at the 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock positions and tug. Should not have more than 1/8" play. Do the same at 3 and 9 o'clock. Let us know what you find.
