Subject: TPS mod IP: Logged
Message: ummm stupid me i was trying to test the volatge with the key on engine off with my digitagal volt thingy and i kinda unhooked the plug and got checkengine light and uhhhhh dont knoe how to check voltage with clip on
also what am i measureing it in DC volts right?

Message: Just poke the "+" lead from your DVM (set for DC) into the middle hole on the backside of the TPS sensor connector (while it's connected to the actual TPS sensor).

Message: take two paper clips unbend one end and carefully insert the ends into the connector, then connect your test leads to the paper clips.
