Message: I bought a 1999 Dodge Dakota with 79,000 and when i noticed that the brakes were noisy. The rear brakes make a hissing sound almost, to me it sounds like the shoes (or pads) are gone. The front left disc brakes are also very loud. I "got them fixed" at the place i bought it but the day after i got it back everything was the same, nothing changed.
I would like to know if anyone knows something about my problem. I sick of paying too much money for small fixes so i will try this one on my own.
Also my front end is loose. A mechanic loaded it with grease to tighten it up a bit until he can notice what is exactly loose. Could i jack the truck up and figure out what it loose myself?
Thanks
