In my 91 Dak, i have no guage lights. Anyone have a wiring diagram or any idea why this would happen?

Do your actual gauges AND/OR radio illumination work with the headlights/parking lights on? If it is JUST the lights themselves, it could be the headlight/interior light switch. First, you might want to check that the switch isn't rotated all the way right or left becuase that is was controls the brightness/dimness of your dash lights. If it is not rotated left or right, it will probably be the rheostat(variable resistor) inside the switch itself.
If it ain't broke, fix it til it is.
