Message: OK this is how i goes i was racing a 350 old style chevy truck...still not sure if he sprayed or not...but i was right with him in first gear but whenever i shifted he left me which sux. I need more power and im outta affordable ideas and im about to go nitrous so someone please start feeding me ideas. I have an auto v6 with v8 tb, cold air/ram air, 180 stat, high flow cat, cat back exhaust...im workin on electrical but its kinda fuzzy and im searching for a stock r/t suspension but i need more mods quick...and a v8 crate is outta the question right now cause i need to able to drive to work. Im leaning towards 1.7 rockers but its less hp than high revs from what i heard, so if anyone wants to help than post away!!!!

-turbo
-supercharge
-nitrous
-a better engine
-3.90 gears or bigger
-put the truck on a diet, these trucks are heavy

Message: Here are few ideas:
- switch to Magnum V6 if yours is not already
- check for aftermarket heads
- lower gears would definitely help
- upgrade tires
- a performance computer
Drop some weight off the truck. Go for a fiberglass hood and fenders. Take off the tailgate. Get some lighter racing seats for inside the truck. For the biggest gains, go with what another mark said in the previous post.

You might be able to find one on Ebay.
The best thing to do is keeping checking this website. I've got some great ideas for my dakota from this website.

Message: ok ok i guess i should have specified a bit better...i have the magnum v6 and tires and other spots but i wanted another ummmpphh in horses....larry if you see this i have a 98, how can i reach this guy other than the site that i seem to not be able to buy from???
