I have a 1999 Dakota Sport 3.9L 4X4 with automatic trans. My speedometer only works at speeds of 60MPH and above. I replaced the speed sensor in the transmission but this did not help. I'm lost!! HELP!!!!

i just replaced the wheel speed sensor its on the top of the rear end part no.56028229ab that fixed mine which quit all together
