Subject: rear lights and dash lights out IP: Logged
Message: I have a 2000 Dakota and my rear running lights and dash lights are out. Is there an inline fuse for these. This happened after I connect trailer lights.

Message: The same thing just happened to my '96. I discovered a short in the back of the headlight switch. I had to replace the switch and found a good one at the junk yard for $6. The dealer wanted like $85.

Message: Simular problem with mine... I had a fuse blow in the fuse panel... But it also fried the switch. New one costs about $15, no biggie.
