The other night i was in town, and i pulled into a parking lot to shoot the breeze with some friends and a cop rolled by and was lookin at me pretty hard, i didn't think anything of it and just went back to talkin, not to long after that i pulled out and left, well the next thing i knew there was two cops pullin me over. I was freakin cause just a couple of weeks ago i pulled my convertor out, it ended up being becaus of my wiper cowl, he said it was illegal obstruction of vision or somethin like that, he said i would have to take it off, but i still havn't. are wiper cowls really illegal?

If the law is anything like GA's. Ya cant have anything sticking up above the factory height of the windshield wipers or 3". Is it painted?
Of corse, they could be profiling ya.

I live in illinois, and yeah its painted black, i dont know what the deal was but i havn't taken it off and i met the same cop at a stop light the other day and he didn't pull me over or anything so i'm not gonna worry about it
