Subject: Aftermarket shocks? IP: Logged
Message: I am thinking about replacing my stock shocks with Pro Comp or something similar. I have my TB's cranked 2" and a 1.5" block in the rear, do I need longer shocks to cover the 2"/1.5" of height or will the stock length replacements work?

Message: Stock length is fine, I have the same mods except I have a 2" rear block. The factory shocks still have lots of travel even with the 2" block.

Message: I'm about 2" higher than stock too; found Edelbrock IAS a nice improvement over stock. No issues with length.
