Message: I am in the market to upgrade my brake rotors on my 2000 4x4 and was wondering what you guys would recommend? I searched the forums and found that a lot of people have gone with the Powerslots, but that there was a group who ended up being unhappy with them as they continued to have warping problems.
While I would certianly like to increase stopping performance if possible, I am most interested in finding something that is solid and least likely to warp or have problems down the road.
Thank you for the help.

Message: I have read that Powerslots with Hawk pads have worked well together. I searched on the web for rotors and came up with alternatives. SP Performance Rotors and SSBC (I think "shortstop upgrade"). I haven't had anyone write about SP rotors and their experiences. I think SSBC are good but with a higher cost. I like SPs (cheaper than powerslots) I'll wait a little while for maybe a groupbuy.
