I curently have a hypertech programmer installed on my 01 R/T. I am about to install my vortech supercharger. My question is, will I be able to run the hypertech programmer with my vortech.

Well since no one has answered yet... have you considered asking Hypertech and Vortech what they think? I know with the Jet chip you have to take it off with a supercharger otherwise you get ping ping ping all day long.
