i have no idea what that statement means. i don't think that buying something over the internet means a person is a sucker. i got ripped off by what i thought was a legitament company. after visiting the actual establishment i found out that i was buying something from a hole in the wall dump. the people who run this place are obviously scum bags. i still want to hear from others that have been ripped off by this piece of shi@ JONAS. i have info you may want...

I placed 2 orders from Jonas last year. First (January) was a Hidden Hitch and St. Michaels roll pan, 2nd (April) was an Extang RT tonneau cover. In both cases I received exactly what I ordered although shipping was a little slow for the tonneau cover.
I was ready to order addition stuff but could could not get him/them to respond to numerous email requests for pricing. I took that as a bad sign and shopped elsewhere.

I got my hood from Jonas and I had no problems. It did not come with an air box because the design was not done at the time of purchase but Jonas promised I would get it. It took about a year but he came through. I would have to say he is a little hard to reach some times but I would give him another chance.

yeah maybe i'll just wait another year to get my cat back...a year isn't that long... or maybe i should just buy my shi@ from a company that cares about customer service, not just moving products that are incomplete or that don't even exist!!! yeah, i called the company that makes the cat back that i bought from elite customs. thay don't even make a cat back for my application. what a scam. as far as a little hard to get ahold of. that's a joke. this scum bag makes himself hard to get ahold of. i spoke to his parents several times, his dad assured me that he would get to the bottom of this. never happened. i have also been leaving messages on his cell phone for weeks. but maybe he's not checking his cell... yeah right. STAY AWAY FROM ELITE CUSTOMS.......
