Message: Sorry! :-( Wouldn't have any idea. They are too cheap for me to dig that deep into parts numbers for a cross reference.

Well, yesterday I bit the bullet and tried it! Works great! No problems! Just have them look for a 1998 5.9 gasket. The part numbers are listed in my first post. Also I couldn't find an RobertShaw 180 T-stats around so I broke down an bought a Stant. It really seems to work great, looks much better than a stock T-stat! The Stant is listed under the 2000 Dak model year. I'll tell you the truck sure runs better at the 180 temp than 195!
T-Stat housing were 25lb's torque from factory, I torque it back to that after installing new stat and gasket. Don't forget to clean:) No leaks!
Next comes the Autolite 3923 Plugs! Every parts place on has 4 or 7 or 5 plugs, I had them look at there other stores and found one with 9 plugs! Yea I can get a full set. Going to get them today!
3 Weeks into having my New 2001 R/T an I'm already taking it apart! Boy I get dirty looks from auto parts guys! Why do you need that, blah blah blah
O be quiet an give me the part!
